Health and Safety

Aquanorth staff are trained in WHMIS, Fall Protection/Working at Heights, First Aid (Competent Supervisors), Use of Fire extinguisher, Fork Lift counter Balance Safety, H&S Awareness, Confined Space, Elevated work Platform, Power Actuated tools, Hot Rubber Asphalt Training and Scaffold User Hazard Training.

Aquanorth Contracting has a Workplace Health & Safety policy and program in place, which is continuously updated to reflect and incorporate all current Ministry standards. Aquanorth is fully committed to the health and safety of its employees and subcontractors, and believes that all workers have the right to work in a safe and healthy work environment. Aquanorth ensures that all of our employees are thoroughly trained in their specific work tasks to protect their health and safety, and maintain that workers have the right to refuse work if they believe their safety may be in jeopardy.
